ISP or Isolated Soya Protein is protein powder made from soyabean meal that has been dehulled and defatted. It contains at least 90% of soy protein, the highest protein content in powder-form product. It is a cheaper protein source with lots of health benefits. Its color commonly found in light cream.
Isolated Soya Protein (ISP) is commonly use as emulsifier, texturizer, plant-based protein source. It is used in meat processing, to improve texture, increase protein content, enhance moisture retention, and as an emulsifier. It is also used in beverage to replace dairy milk, as protein source for vegan or lactose intolerant.

In meat processing application, Our ISP can bind water up to 1:5 ratio (powder : water). It also give good elasticity and firm gels as texturizer. For emulsion ratio at least 1:5:4 (Powder : water : oil), that gives firm emulsion texture, stable in high temperature. We sell our product in standard 2-layered bag, 20 kgs / bag with 12 months of shelf life.
In Beverage application, we give solution as a plant-based protein source with high protein content and low fat, suitable for body builder products or more flexible options for customer.
